signalingI'm really unsure of what to put in these things, so it'll be updated as more things come along I suppose:

Backtagging: Depends. I know I have a tendency to not reply for days so I won't hold it against anyone if you take a few weeks.
Threadjacking: So long as it makes sense for the character to it.
Fourthwalling: So long as it makes sense

Hugging: Heck yeah
Gifts: YEAH (though the mun would like to approve of the gifts)
Fighting: Roughing him up a bit is fine, but don't seriously injure him
Kissing: Ehm..I'd ask first
Killing: Ask first!
Flirting: No
Any form of sexual contact (fondling, sex, etc.) is off limits. Sealand is represented as a 12 year old boy in canon and I'd rather not.
